Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 20-25 nos green chilly


  • 10 nos garlic cloves


  • 1/4 cups my secret fresh pomegranate seed


  • 1/2 tsp sesame seed


  • 1/2 tsp cumin


  • 1/4 tsp asafoerida


  • 1 tsp whole coriander seeds


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1.5 tsp mustard oil

Directions

  • Break or cut green chillies in 2-3 pieces Heat oil Add cumin and sesame Fry for few seconds on medium flame
  • Add fresh pomegranate seeds and saute for a minute
  • Add garlic cloves and fry for a minute Stir between
  • Add chilly pieces Saute it for 8-10 minutes Stir continually
  • Add salt, asafoerida, turmeric powder and whole coriander seeds
  • Stir continually and saute for another 3-4 minutes You can get cough from it's aroma
  • so be careful Keep flame off
  • Put in grinder Grind it roughly Mirchi Thecha is ready
  • After all process please wash your hands properly... otherwise You can harm yourself.
